(That means my back is hurting again....)

Now just to make it daily practice.

Did my cardio thing today. As always, it was brutal, especially on one leg. For these things if it isn't brutal you aren't pushing. You CAN cruise in them but you would be cheating yourself.

I have to cruise tho. I have learned with my pain issues for 30 years that if I push I end up with pain, fatigue and muscle weakness to the point my legs wobble and my arms tremble. I am unable to lift a glass of water for a couple days. I so wish I could push myself.

Puppy doing great!

Karen get in what you can. Your farm/ranch work is a workout.

Puppy how do you deal with the tedium of the elliptical? When I'm doing something like that, be it my bike trainer, treadmill, etc. it's tough to overcome. Do you have a tv to watch or can you just get lost in your thoughts or music?

To get my "reading" in I've switched to audio books. I'm able to get in about 30 minutes a day now.
