Not one darn things. Yesterday was a fair walk around Cincinnati doing dinner and concert and right now with the newly repaired knee I don't do anything akin to "exercise" two days in a row. Rehab stuff only today.

Assessment by new instructor. Got minimal exercise but she was mostly looking for range of motion, imbalances in the body, and where my core was at versus where it needs to be.

finally its getting day light early..so I can drive to the y early..i have been bad but I'm mono-vision and cant drive in the dark

plan for feb is

M/W/F rx class
Tuesday/Thursday/ Sunday a outside run..prob on sunday my man wands to walk ..that's ok and
Take sat off

once the weather is better I will be riding my bike also

Went back after work and did 3000 meters on the rower, on the easy setting. Went smooth and moderate pace to protect the knee.
