Daily menu plan

I decided to start logging my daily menu plan. I'm restarting on to phase 1 again and just can't seem to get it together. I'm hoping that by putting my menu and exercise out there, it will give me the push I need to clean up my act. If anyone would like to join me please feel free
Monday 8/31
Breakfast
Flax 'muffin'
Ricotta cheese
Coffee w/cashew milk
LUNCH
Grilled vegetables
Crystal lite
Fudge bar
DiNNER
Lemon garlic chicken breast
Grilled veg
Snack
Cheese stick
I did a little walking-Leslie Sansone DVDs
But not enough to really consider exercise

day 2 and so far so good
breakfast:
flax muffin
yogurt
lunch
2 eggs, 2 sl Canadian bacon
roasted red pepper
1 sl veggie cheese
anticipated dinner:
balsamic chicken breast
grilled veg
salad with gorgonzola crumbles
grocery store walking--too darn hot to do much these days
