Hmmm, hungry this morning, which is new for me on a DD. Wonder if I didn't get high enough on UD. (first time I didn't count)
Just coffee so far. Out with DH Christmas shopping today so will see if I need to eat at all. He's actually trying to drop some weight (insert rolling eyes here) so might just stay with liquids today. I have wendy's chili or a skinny peppermint mocha in my mind as options if I need something later. Otherwise, lots of sobe water! Melissa, you can do it!!!

Trying PirateJenny's advice to eat small meals throughout the day to keep blood sugar from dropping too low.

This is a MD for me to change rotations, but for now it's feeling like a DD - I'm saving calories for dinner tonight.

First day - a ton of water so far, I'm sure a ton more yet to come.
I had coffee with hwc for brekky and made a veggie soup for today. Had 1/2 for lunch, saving the rest for dinner. If all goes as planned I'm looking at 532 calories with 22 net carbs. ![]() |

This is, I guess, an "M" day for me, because it is really supposed to be a down day (after two Up days) but I have an office party to attend this evening. So I've done low calorie for breakfast and not so much so for lunch (trying to avoid getting to this party and scarfing down everything imaginable):
B: protein powder with unsweetened almond milk and kale (140) L: 2 hard-boiled eggs with 1 Tbsp mayo (210) D: party! Going to try to avoid as much flour/sugar products as possible, since these really seem to set me off--bring on cravings during both that day and the next. Hopefully I'll be able to complete a real Down day tomorrow, since I am off Saturday and Sunday and these will both be Up days.
