![]() She recommended adding to things for volume and for that it's great! I add a healthy spoonful to about 40 calories of FF/plain greek yogurt with Mio drops/ capella drops/ cinnamon- and yum, plus filling! And the Walden Farms Chipolte Mayo is good- considering it's got 0 calories!

Some of you may know this, but thought I'd share the info just in case. I've been wanting to try the Quest bars but didn't want to pay for the ice pack!! We went to The Vitamin Shoppe this weekend and I happen to see that they had several flavors. I did a quick search on my iPhone at Netrition to make sure they were the same thing and they were.

I just squish it in there with a spoon, and pop the whole deal into my mouth-- adds some sweetness and vanilla flavor, just the right amount.

I started adding it to DD smoothies. Gives it a bit of "body".

I think it's the cellulose and other thickeners-- meaning, you could get the same effect with glucomannan, or guar, etc, and skip the expense of using a pre-made product for that purpose. Just a thought

I add a little/tiny bit of gluc powder, but it doesn't really add volume. I put 1 tbsp of the marshmellow in the shake cause too much gluc has a bad effect on my digestive system... the walden farms marshmellow seems kinder to my stomach and tastes good with the pumpkin

Magic pops! my new favorite obsession. 15 cals. Tons of crunch value in yummy flavors and you can layer things on them or scoop things as desired. Sometimes I just eat them plain if I need to crunch. At 15 cals - no harm done.

Kim's magic pops. Google it and you will find it available for sale online. I can't put the link here but you will find their website with links to buy online. I bought an assorted case. Every flavor so far has been a winner. I look forward to these on DDs and even UDs.

I bought them and I like them with laughing cow and turkey pepperoni.
I like the low carb tortilla wraps. I think joe's and they have 5 net carbs and 70 calories. I also like to carb control Dannon yogurt.

Subscribing! What a wonderful thread. I'm so glad that today is an up day, because reading through all of these DD food ideas is making me starving.
![]() Boiled eggs (70ea)w/ lowfat mayo (15), mustard & salt n pepper (my fav breakfast, lasts a long time) Tyson Grilled and ready chicken breast fillets (110 cals ea) cabbage/spinach/romaine/baby greens for mega salads Walden Farms Dressings (my favs: Creamy Bacon Ranch, Sweet Onion) Salsa (mixes well with Walden dressings for southwestern salads) shiritaki noodles Hot tea/Iced tea diet soda I usually have a big chicken salad for dinner. It helps me to eat "boring" on DD's. Glucomannan puddings. GLuc is a great filler on DD's and hits the spot when I need something more but my calories are almost gone. I've used it to thicken broths like beef or chicken for 10-15 calories a cup and it's very satisfying. My new current fav is: Lemon Breeze (my recipe) 1 cup Unsweetened vanilla almond millk (40) (I like almond Breeze) 1 packet of singles Lemonade Flavor drink powder (0) 1/2 tsp gluc powder (negligible) I use a blender to whip until frothy then refridgerate until it's nice and cold and sets up. It tastes like lemon meringue pie with the meringue blended in the pudding. You can also reduce the almond milk to half with half water for around 20 calories. If you don't have Gluc powder this would still be a tasty smoothie if blended with ice, and can be made more substantial with PP, yogurt, cottage cheese, etc. I look forward to checking in here for fabulous food ideas. ![]() ![]() Blonde

The Walden Farms 0 calorie Bacon Ranch and Seasame Ginger salad dressings are not bad. For 0 calories they are actually fairly great. Last night I had the whole bag of Dole Butter Bliss lettus (30 cal.) split in half. One half bag with the Bacon Ranch and the other half with the Seasame Ginger. I used the Bacon Ranch as dip with my celery- so-so, since it's a little thin for dip, hey- 0 calories!

Sliced pickled beets. I really feel like I'm eating something, and I have maybe 6 pieces at a time.
they were "forbidden" on LC, so it's one of those things I'm happy to have back Olives stuffed with garlic cloves-- my grocery store carries a good one (their own brand, not mushy). sauerkraut-- similar to the shredded cabbage stirfry, but, um, more fermented I get very low fat/cal chicken/turkey sausage (pre-cooked) from costco-- I can have 2, chopped up for dinner with either veggie stirfry, or shirataki noodles, tomato sauce, chopped other veggies like peppers... makes a HUGE filling bowl.

Kikkoman instant tofu miso soup.
The whole delicious cupful is only 35 calories. 1 g fat, 3 g carbs, 3 g protein. There are several varieties. I'm gonna try them all. Way better than broth!

Carly, if you've not tried before, add a bit of hot sauce (sriacha, or franks...) to the miso. Adds a new dimension that's tasty!
There you go-- 2 more DD additions. Keep hot sauce in the house

I think I picked up some sort of condiment bug after reading your first post yesterday morning. I went to the local Sprouts for veggies and picked up a jar of WF's Tomato and Basil sauce and a jar of WF's Chipotle Mayo! Both are zero calories and not too bad. I had the sauce on my shiritaki noodles. The taste was good but the color was really bright. LOL! Almost fluorescent. The mayo was not too bad and will make a nice veggie dip. Anything palatable that saves some calories on a DD is okay with me!
