My goal is to continue to maintain within my range of 100-108lbs, allowing for my usual excursions relating to pain management, muscle swelling, fluid shifts etc. Overall my goal is to maintain my body fat level somewhere between 20-25%.

Edged into my preferred range (102-105lbs) for 5th day...

I'm mindful that I've a way to go before I'm reliably <110lbs by which I mean more than the 14 consecutive days that I have managed for the first time in a long time. I'm not doing anything different with respect to food intake. There genuinely is no rhyme nor reason to this for me - as there wasn't for the uptick. I'd like to think it's related to the determined persistence to work on my severe vitamin D deficiency and my related supplement changes to support that but that would be outcome bias.

23 Jan. 110.0lbs UD

I need to be reliably <110lbs again and on on a downward path to my . However, I'm loosening my approach to this because my approach can not be to eat less food.

I am plugging away at improving my chronically severely deficient vitamin D status because, theoretically, my sleep will make it easier for me to manage my day to day and then re-examine my body composition and weight.

It's good to be back on track and in control! Being away in Las Vegas without my scale for 7 weeks was so tough! And then when I got back, it took me a few days to get back into cycling my calories! But it's all good! This way of eating is awesome! I didn't gain anything while way for those 7 weeks! I lost 2 pounds! I probably would have lost 6-8 pounds had I been home, but the fact that I didn't GAIN 20 pounds while on vacation for 7 weeks is huge for me! I remember gaining 8-10 pounds on a one-week cruise before.....so losing 2 pounds while away is awesome! And today I hit another NEW LOW! Woohoo!
